 All equine listed by SWSC Horses is sold on a first come first serve basis and are sold as-is where is. 
No guarantees, no returns, and no refunds.

SWSC Lot is not responsible for any sickness, injury or death to any equine listed/sold or while in our facilities. If the animal was to pass away while under our care there will be no refunds for the cost of the horse or the cost of the horses' care. 

Once the horse/mule/donkey is purchased ( PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE) you are taking full responsibly for the animal and the cost to care for the animal..... This ALSO means when that animal becomes in your possession it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A RESPONSIBLE OWNER TO HAVE THEM QUARANTINED AND EXAMINED BY A PROFESSIONAL ( I.E, VETERINARIAN)

We require a $200 non refundable deposit before appointment's are made. This will hold and ensure said animal will be available until you are able to come view. Also does not allow them to be sold prior to your appointment. This policy is infect due to being sold "First come, First serve". We receive dozens of messages a day and often enough receive payment for horses without a prior notification. This policy is also to deter the "tire kickers and on lookers". You are taking time away from us and our employees from our day to day tasks and activities. Please be confident in your selection. We have no intentions in wasting your valuable time nor shall we ask the same of you for us. We are not here to mislead or misrepresent any animal for purchase. We do not come to your home and or work place with ill intentions, so we ask the same as of you. These horses have a limited time on the lot, so time is the utmost importance.

We suggest that you plan for a SECOND OPTION when sending the $200 deposit in case FIRST OPTION is not what you shall desire. The deposit is and will be deducted from the bail price of said animal of which you put the hold on. Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. If you shall choose to pass on your FIRST ORINGAL SELECTION and your SECOND OPTION is available, you can and may transfer said $200 deposit to OPTION 2.

If you choose to pass on your selections and not make a purchase, you will forfeit your $200 deposit. Again NO REFUNDS. 

Said animal/s shall then be release from the hold and available to the public for purchase.

Very common policy at most establishments. Your corporation is greatly appreciated!!!

 

While on the lot the cost to care for the animal, includes BOARD. 

Board is $20/day and begins the day after purchased.

There will be a board fee at a cost of $20 per day per horse while you arrange for pickup.  PLEASE NOTE>>>> If you purchased a animal that DID NOT have a current coggins in hand when payment was issued, there is no board fee issued until the coggins results are received back to the lot. Once received, Owner shall be notified and board shall begin.

For Example.... if you purchased Tag#000 on Friday at 9pm. Board starts on Saturday at $20/per day until picked up, this includes the day it is picked up.

Now we understand sometimes life gets in the way and your not ready for your new purchase at time of purchase. If this becomes the issue please contact the lot and make us aware of the situation. Every horse is allowed 30 days on the lot (unless other arrangements are made). As the 30 day mark arrives the lot will make efforts to contact you as the owner as to notify you of the past due board and incoming 30 day deadline. If you choose to disregard the contact made by the lot and make no efforts to settle on past due balance, it will be then declared " Delinquent ".  If board is to become delinquent (30 days past due) the horse will be relinquished from the original purchasers ownership and  back to the possession of SWSC then relisted for sale or to do so as they wish. There is no refunds given upon repossession of the animal and legal action could be in place for delinquent board.
 

When payment is made, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms and conditions. 
If board is 30 days delinquent the horse will once again become property of lot owner and will be relisted. 

THE LOT DOES NOT AND IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION.

We can ASSIST by providing contact info for possible haulers. Please inquire more BEFORE purchasing.

Any type of equine activity is inherently dangerous. SWSC or anyone associated with the lot is not responsible for accidents, illness, or death of any equine or person.

***SWSC does it's best to present each horse as honestly as possible, but we make no guarantee on temperament, health, soundness, riding ability, etc.  HEIGHT and AGE are APPROX based on a quick visual view of the horse.  We determine approx age based on teeth (which is not an exact science) and the opinion of "true" age will vary from person to person.  (i.e. we may age them at 9-10 your vet may age them at 15-16 and your neighbor may tell you he/she is 5-6).  Soundness issues that are permanent, but not visible to us here, are always a possibility as well.  We do not know the history on these horses and cannot say if a horse has issues not visible to us that may impact a horses way of going.

ALL HORSES ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEE OR RETURNS. WE DO LIST ALL KNOWN INFORMATION AND ARE AS TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE
