Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

A: We have no set hours but are available 8 am to 9 pm normally via Facebook. In person by appointment only.

**PICKUP/VIEWING** hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  

**Please note when making appointments for pickup to let us know which horse/s you are picking up as this may effect time needed to load and PLEASE be on time as you may arrive to no one here if you are late or arriving early.

Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR A HORSE I WANT?

A: Send payment via PayPal @ swschorses@gmail.com. ( add 4% to the total for PayPal fee, as there is not a Friends & Family option no longer)
We also accept..

and also can process Credit/Debit cards thru Square ( There will be a 4% fee)

If we do not receive FULL payment, horse will not be saved.

 
NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE should you back out for any reason.  This guarantees that horse is sold to you.  **1st to send with payment info gets the horse**

Q: ONCE I HAVE GIVEN MY PAYMENT INFO ON THE HORSE(S) I WANT, WHEN DO I HAVE TO PICKUP?  

A: Your welcome to pick up at your convenience. YOU MUST SCHUEDLE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE LOT. 

There will be a board fee at a cost of $20 per day per horse while you arrange for pickup.  PLEASE NOTE>>>> If you purchased a animal that DID NOT have a current coggins in hand when payment was issued, there is no board fee issued until the coggins results are received back to the lot. Once received, Owner shall be notified and board shall begin.

 

Q: IF I DECIDE I DON'T WANT THE HORSE ONCE I GET IT HOME HOW DO I RETURN IT?  

A: You don't.  All horses are sold "AS IS; WHERE IS" with no guarantees regarding temperament, age, soundness, health, discipline.  There are NO exceptions.

 

Q: WHERE DO THESE HORSES COME FROM?

A: They come from all over the USA.  From Auctions, other dealers and private parties.  For the most part we have little/no history on them, nor do we know how they ended up in their current situation, but we will state what we know in the post.

 

Q: ARE THESE HORSES GOING TO GET SICK?

A: There is always a risk of horses becoming ill.  We do recommend a QUARANTINE period of ATLEAST 4 WEEKS!.

 

Q:DO THESE HORSES HAVE NEG. COGGINS TEST?

A: YES they do. If not the lot WILL HAVE ONE PULLED at our expense.

HEALTH CERTIFICATES.....

IF YOU ARE AN OUTTA STATE BUYER, OR EQUINE IS CROSSING STATE LINES....A HEALTH CERTIFICATE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ISUSED AT YOUR EXPENSE REGAURDLESS IF HORSE IS STAYING IN STATE OR NOT.

Cost is $75 per the vet and will be added to your total

Q: CAN I COME RIDE AND TRY OUT THE  HORSES?

A: No.  For liability reasons we do not allow you to ride these horses here.

 

 
Q: I WAS LOOKING AT A HORSE AND NOW I CAN'T FIND THE VIDEO, WHY?

A: The horse you were viewing may have been sold.  The pictures/videos are deleted as each horse sells.

Q: WHY ARE THERE NO HORSES LISTED?

A: Horses have most likely been sold for the week.  New horses will be posted FIRST PART of every week
